Do you need access to my hosting account?
For most emergencies, yes — particularly site-down and hosting-related issues. We’ll need either SFTP/SSH access or hosting panel access to diagnose and resolve server-side problems. WordPress admin access alone is often not sufficient for fatal errors and hosting failures.
